Malaysia Airlines is giving budget travelers an unbeatable deal with their ASEAN Pass, which lets you travel up to four Southeast Asian destination for as low as US$229.

The pass means you’d have to travel through the airline’s hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia though. However, it’s a vibrant, thriving city that is one of the must visits in Southeast Asia. From Kuala Lumpur, you can travel to any of Malaysia Airlines’ domestic destinations as well as to other cities in Southeast Asia.

Among the Southeast Asian cities are Yangoon (Myanmar), Bangkok (Thailand), Phuket (Thailand), Singapore (Singapore), Hanoi (Vietnam), Saigon (Vietnam), Manila (Philippines), Cebu (Philippines), Jakarta (Indonesia), Yogyakarta (Indonesia) and Denpasar (Indonesia).

The ASEAN Pass is only available through Malaysia Airlines’ ticketing offices and appointed travel agents both in Malaysia and in Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam. The validity period is 3 months from the date of purchase with confirmation on the first outbound sector. Subsequent sectors can open dated.
